All payments on this site are through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit or debit card. 
All retail prices online include VAT. Trade prices are excluding VAT which will be added at the checkout.
Delivery will be added at checkout and is based on weight/location at standard Royal Mail Parcel/Courier Rates. You will be shown the total price of your order including VAT and shipping charges before being asked to confirm acceptance and complete your purchase.
Delivery Schedule
UK ORDERS - please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery
EU ORDERS - please allow 10 - 14 working days for delivery
NON-EU ORDERS - please allow up to 15 working days for delivery to the rest of the world.
NB. Local Customs charge may be payable for Non-EU Orders upon delivery.
RETURNS FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are allowed to return an item ordered online if you change your mind. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by email to info@laurestondesigns.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. You will be responsible for the returns postage. If the goods and the gift box are received in perfect condition then the cost of the goods will be refunded.
